This 8-week hybrid plan gives you a structured, progressive blueprint to build muscle, strength, and endurance—all without burnout. You’ll train 5 days a week: 3 strength-focused gym sessions and 2 purposeful runs. Each session is designed to complement the others—no junk miles or junk volume.
The split respects recovery, with two full rest days per week and built-in progressions to keep results coming. You’ll also gain clarity on how to train smarter: what to do, when to do it, and why it works. It’s efficient, sustainable, and built to fit real life
